Hello all,

I am in the process of setting up a locally hosted instance of osTicket and have run into a couple issues with user management:

01)  When I import a list of users into the "User Directory" area, all accounts are set to Guest by default and they must be manually registered one at a time.  Is there a way to import a large number of users and have these accounts be registered all at the same time?  Or perhaps there is a "Select Range" option somewhere so that the command can be issued to multiple accounts at once.

02)  After a user has been added to an Organization, I can't find any way to remove them from it without deleting the Organization itself.  There must be something simple that I am missing, but I can't find the command anywhere.

In case it matters, I am running v1.9.0-3-gae5e138 (ae5e138) of osTicket with all optional libraries and features available and turned on.

Any help would be appreciated.
