hi everyone,
there is a way to add a third level of help topic?
I want something like:
First level: Office name (IT)
Second level: for example Pc Problem
Third level: some frequently pc problem
Someone implemented this on his Osticket?

Of course, just make the second-level Topic the Parent Topic for the third-level Topic.
Cheers.
Oh thanks, it was easier than expected
but in the client portal can i have 3 forms that appear when the previusly is full?
I would like to have a situation like that in this forum:
https://forum.osticket.com/d/78585-help-topics-in-multiple-combos/31
I have previously searched in this forum, but since it is closed I could not ask if there was an updated version with a .zip with all the files necessary for the modification.
You know if there is another same forum open with the necessary files or if there is a way to contact whoever created this mod?
1.8 reached end of life and end of support so long ago I can't even remember what year it was.... maybe 2016.
I do not think that you will get a meaningful response about such an old version.
AleMogio @ntozier @KevinTheJedi
what version does this mod work with?
Mods are created by community members.
You would need to talk to the author of the mod for a meaningful response to this.
The only versions I see in that thread are: 1.9.3, 1.9.4, 1.9.1, 1.9.5.1, 1.9.7, 1.10
It does not look to me like someone wrote a version for 1.8.
@AleMogio
Many thanks, for starting this thread .. I've looking for a way to display Multi-Level Help Topics, for a while; and I have even put in a feature request for the same on Github..
The mod that sosamv was awesome, but worked only up until 1.10, I think .. It would be great, if this worked for the latest version too.. Also, it seems that the author has not been active on this forum post 2017
There is, however, a paid plugin called CartMega Superlists that'll help you achieve Multi-Level Dynamic List-Boxes.. However, it's not entire Plug-n-Play, and would require some knowledge of SQL & PHP .. You'll find it here..
https://www.cartmega.com/superlists-for-osticket.html
Anyway, keep us updated, if you make any progress on sosamv's'* mod..
@FunkFuMaster
are you currently using the cartmega plugin? how does it look to you? with what version it work?
Thanks for reply
This is a proper paid plugin with updates and support .. It works with the latest versions..
I have evaluated the product, but not yet using/purchased it..
Here's a link to the product demo ..
so for version 1.15 in addition to the cartmega plugin and to open a feature request on github there are no alternatives?
AleMogio Sandly, none that I'm aware of .. We're in the same boat.
