ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Facing this error from network machines while accessing OSTIcket. However services SQL & Apache services are running & osticket is accessible in browser from same machine where OSTicket is installed.
OSTicket 1.12
unable to access OSTicket on Client machine.
You will need to contact your IT Team or hosting provider for further assistance. Sounds like the server/Apache isn't allowing outside connections.

Also 1.12 is really old at this point, and I would really recommend updating to something more current.

ntozier sorry my bad actually it is 1.15.
We may close this thread. I have posted another issue regarding 1.15 i just get confused.
