What is the meaning of flags of ost_thread_collaborator

PHP5.6 , MySQL5.1.7, osTicket v1.14.1

Do someone know what is the meaning of flags of ost_thread_collaborator?
I just found 2 and 3. But I didn't know about it.

I dont actually know what that is. I have asked the Devs to take a look and provide guidance.

They are flags for bits. One is for Active and one is for CC. You can do a grep or search for the flag names to see where they are used in the code.
