Responsive Design?

I have installed OSTicket, unfortunately it does not yet support responsive design, what options are there?

There are 3rd party fixers that provide osTicket with responsive design, and I am sure that osTicket in next version will be also responsive 100%. So check them out, their links are in this forum, just search for them.

There are a couple of third-party paid-themes available ..

osTicket "Themes" are not themes. They are mods. osTicket is not themeable at this time without altering the core files.

So there is no documentation on how to make template themes because osTicket does not include a concept of that currently.

Themes are expected to be included in osTicket 2.0 and there would also likely be documentation for that then.

Many thanks for the answer. Which core file is it? Does a modification make sense in this sense or is it possibly overwritten during the update? How much do you estimate the effort?

Upgrading would remove the any theme mod. And it would have to be re-applied after the theme mod was updated to work with the new version.

Never done it on anything other than a small basis for a couple little things. So I have no idea how much time and effort it would take to theme mod the entire product.

You will need to speak to the author of the theme mod that you are running for support of their product.

Users / Client side templates:
/include/client/templates

User / Client side CSS

Agents / Staff side:
/include/staff/templates
