Getting "HTTP ERROR 500" when click on "Open" button.

I'm currently using osticket free version v1.14.1. There is a problem when I creating a new ticket getting 500 Error. I didn't do any changes in the database and source code. Please help to resolve this problem.

1.14.1 is pretty old and you should likely upgrade and retest.
