Hi,

I'm looking to change the look-n-feel of our osTicket installation .. After a Google-search, for the same, I came across a couple of options... osTicket Awesome seems like the most popular one, and I think, the only one that offers a custom-look for both, the end-user interface, as well as the agent/admin interface.

It's a paid add-on ($100) .. So, before buying I'd like to know if anyone has used this add-on .. ? If Yes, I'd like to know how it is - You're experience with - The add-on itself, support, pros, cons etc..

This response is my own and does not reflect the views of the project or the Devs.
I have not used it, but the tone regarding this Theme Mod here on the forums seems positive. The author has been active in the community and from my perception has been good about providing support for their product. The author did send me a copy to evaluate, but well I'm bad and never got around to giving it a try. I personally try not to mod my ticket environments because I maintain several production sites and its just easier to keep things more stock.

Thanks for replying .. Personally, I too prefer keeping it things stock .... However, the powers-that-be, want a better look-n-feel Anyway, your thoughts on the theme are making me lean towards it ..

Alls Seems fine-n-dandy, with.. Anyone with any buyer-be-aware on it ?

You can go look at their support forums for more specific on the product. And if there was someone with a big complaint about it, it would likely be there.

Also as a side note, my understanding is that when osTicket 2.0 comes out all existing themes will break (and should also no longer be needed to make the UI responsive).
