It's been demanded by other users in the past -so I guess it might make sense to consider it-. I think it would be nice to add the ability to customize the statuses list for tasks, similar as it is working for tickets. Tickets and tasks users ARE different users, and hence different teams involved. Furthermore, it'd be great to add sorting and filtering throughout all these fields in the Tasks tab, similar to how it's available in Tickets.

Once posted on our Github, we can add labels and track it easily. Just please be sure to do extensive searching first to see if your idea has already been requested (no one likes duplicates 🙂).

With this being said, in v2.0 all objects with tables (Tasks, Emails, Topics, etc.) will have a version of custom columns/custom queues so that you can modify what columns you want to see, they'll all be sortable, and I assume we'll add some sort of filtering.

Please note there is no set/expected release date for v2.0. We have started development and are making good progress.
