Whenever there is a post by Agents, I would like the Expiration Date to be updated to 3 days ahead. Is this possible to configure?

in fact, I wanted the due date to be updated to 3 days later.
This is not a feature in osTicket.
Ticket SLA's are done for the life of the ticket from open to close.
You can affect the SLA by using scheduling, but not to the extent that you are talking about.
