Actually, I would like the users of an organization to be able to see the tickets among each other, but unfortunately this does not work until now. Is that possible at all?

So I have 4 users. They all belong to the same organization. Also the checkbox "Collaborator Tickets Visibility:" is activated. And the users can not see the tickets of all within an Organistion.

Also, I have another agent, he can see all of course.

As a side note I am pretty sure that this will not grant access to existing tickets... it would only share access to new tickets.

Haven't tested that in a while. I will need to test to make sure but I do believe it will be current tickets and new tickets.
