Hi all, I need a Report for all active tickets that can be exported that has all fields in it.
You would have to code your own solution for something like that. None of the reporting pieces I know about (dashboard, Reports Plugin) will export all fields from a ticket. It would also get extremely messy really fast if someone did (think of ticket threads with 30+ responses).
