Can you expand on what you mean by this?

ntozier New 2FA plugin is "Two Factor Authenticator" whereas previous one is "Google Authenticator 2FA" - as far as osTicket is concerned, they're completely different plugins. (I know you know this, was just clarifying the previous post 😇 )

@bin360 Yep, you need to enable the new one (and you can tidy up by removing the old one) - once done, all bindings will be reset, so anyone using 2FA will have to re-register.

@RBGE Oh! Well that's no bueno. I will reach out to the Devs to find out if that was intentional.

I already told @ntozier this, but we decided to change the name as the plugin works for every 2FA app we tested so it wasn't fair to limit it to just Google.
