I would like all the replies posted on the tickets to be BCC to one of my email address. I see that there is no default option to add BCC in tickets. I tried adding this code in class.mailer.php but it is not hiding the BCC email.

$mime->addBcc('emai@email.com');

How to accomplish this in the OST v1.10.1?

1.10 is end of life and no longer supported.

Since your version is so old I cannot be sure, but you could setup an Organization and add your second email account as an auto collaborator.

    ntozier Thank you for the reply. I updated my OsTickets to latest version v1.15.4 but still I couldn't get the BCC update completed. Your answer might help in getting the notification from the ticket but what I'm looking for is to have blind copy (BCC).

    BCC is not a feature in osTicket.
