I have a problem, cant see the ticket changes only just who changed it.

Where can I set it up?

So when i would like to check one ticket life i can't see what changed on the ticket, just the name of the agent and the date of the change.

I have never seen actions on tickets with a > icon. Are you using some custom Theme Mod?

Do you have the Audit:: Audit Log plugin installed and enabled?

No, I don't use a custom theme. I have not installed the audit logo so far.I saw that instead of symbols, it was written out what they did with the ticket. I woluld like that solution.

That's how my system works. It has an icon and then says "soandso transferred the ticket.", etc.
I've never seen it not do that. Maybe try re-uploading the core files?

The right arrow is called "chevron-sign-right" and it's the default icon if there is none present or the provided icon doesn’t exist in the hardcoded list of system Thread Event icons. So it's likely the Events/Icons are custom or the Events/Icons are borked in the install (or for this particular Thread).

The newest version fixed this problem. Please close the ticket.
