Hope you are doing good!
I have two queries as below
1.In Report - we would want to capture SLA for each reply and we also want to know how many reply sent & received from the client,
2.All field are not getting captured in one report. We are getting two separate report - one for Open tickets & one for closed. We need to have one report where-in we can see all type of tickets status - Open, closed, resolved, deleted, in-process.
Can any body suggest how to achieve this.
