Hi everyone. Long time user for osticket, but I am usually using Exchange for my email backend. At my new organization, they use gmail. I'm all set up to send and receive!
What I'm running into is that a person will send an email to a group of people, including my helpdesk@ address. This is great, it creates a ticket. From there, other folks are doing a reply-all and unfortunatly that is included the quoted text of the previous emails. Basically "On %datetime% PERSON NAME EMAIL wrote:" so after even two or three replies a simple ticket is a mile long. Ooof I want to not have this extra crap. Is there anything I can do about this? I'm hoping for a configuration fix, but I suppose also I could try to formulate a regex but I might need some idea as to where to stick that in php for osticket.
