Dear all, I want to add a variable that show me who created a ticket (in my case not a user but an agent) into the email templates -> New ticket alert So Name and surname of the agent Which variable i can use?

osTicket already adds an entry to the ticket thread about who opened a ticket (if it was an agent). This is not a variable that exists in the system that you can use in a template. You would have to change the core files to achieve this.
