Hi All! We got a little problem with our OS ticket email services. We set up the SMTP with an authenticated Exchange account. The sending is working, but somehow the emails will also be sent to foreign email addresses.
I tried to find it somewhere in logs how it's possible, but I was not sucessful.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
We use:
osTicket Verzió v1.15.2 (cb6766e) — Naprakész
Web Szerver Szoftver Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Verzió 10.5.9
PHP verzió 7.4.8

    If the emails are not in osTicket then the problem does not exist in/with osTicket.
    It's more likely that someone setup forwarding on their account (such as aliases, outlook rules, etc.)

    Thanks guys! The anomaly was with your email server, info@ had a lot of alias mail adress.
