I'm sorry if there's a solution out there, but I couldn't find it.
We're using a queue where one of the column is the Organization Name for the user that created the ticket.
But when we try to export that queue, Organization is not an option.
Is there a way to add that, either through an osTicket configuration or manually edit on the .php code?
This is our environment:
osTicket Version: v1.14.3
Web Server Software: Apache/2.4.38 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips PHP/7.1.27
MySQL Version: 5.1.73
PHP Version: 7.1.27
