How to reset task counter to zero

Hi, guys. newbie here. Would like to ask on how to reset tasks counter to zero. I tried to truncate the ost_task and ost_task__cdata tables but doesn't work. The tasks counter continues to increment base on the last counter.

OS: RHEL8.3
osTicket (v1.15.2)

Go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tasks
Click on the Manage button to the right of the "Default Task Number".
Click on the cog to the right of "Task Sequence".
Set it to 1.

Hi @ntozier,

Thanks for the reply. But after i set it to 1 and try to create the 1st task, the page is just stuck in the Loading page like it takes forever.

Did you already have a Task id 1?
Is there any php error log entries?
Is there any errors in the console?
