Hello,
We are using osTicket (v1.14.6) and just started using it. For the most part this has been what we are looking for. I am also new to osTicket so what I am about to write may probably be some setting I need to make.
- I have read documentation on how to add collaborators to tickets.
- Collaborators have successfully been added.
- The email addresses are correct and work on an email client such as Mail or Outlook.
- These tickets are ones registered clients create that I have added collaborators to.
- At least one collaborator is not a registered person but are part of that organization. I added that person as a collaborator.
As stated those added as a collaborator do not revive emails. I checked before sending. In Reply To: All Active Recipients is displayed.
What settings should I look at or what changes do I need to make?
