Users in our helpdesk are logging in using SSO.
We create accounts ourselves via CSV upload, and then bulk register users (switching from "guest" to "registered"). When this is done, users are receiving the "Account Confirmation Email" which invites them to click on a link to validate their account.
This link brings them to a page where they have to "define" a password + confirm, which in our case is confusing because we've installed the SSO plugin so that users login using their company email.
Is there a way to skip this password definition step? Or perhaps once we register accounts as admin have these accounts be automatically confirmed without this transitional state “Locked (Pending Activation)” until they click on the link?
