i'm using osTicket-v1.15.2 and would like to ask about a user reply feedback log ticket from email but I check in thread log ticket does not appear in Osticket.
Active recipient reply email log ticket does not appear in history log.
It looks like the ticket system has not picked up the email from the inbox to process it and add it to the ticket.
Have you setup email polling?
