When creating a ticket it takes a long time and the page falls:
Despite the error, the ticket is created but when you enter to see the ticket as an agent, the page hangs.

Looks like it is croaking at the display at the ticket count since it isn't getting to the email address line (which is just under it). Please check your PHP error logs and see if anything is being logged.
