We have OS Ticket pull emails from several email boxes. Some email addresses are used for internal staff only for tech support, some are for external client support or administrative purposes. I would like the option of setting the "Accept email from unknown Users" flag for each incoming email, defined per email rather than one overall setting affecting all incoming addresses. I'm on v1.14.1 at the moment.
Is this available in a later version?
Is it an easy thing to tweak (I've already tweaked a few files in our installation to give us dynamic column filtering and sorting on the client and agent ticket list pages which is one of the reasons I've not updated yet)
