Agregar tema en cola de usuario

como se puede agregar una columna donde muestre el tema que fue seleccionado realice modificaciones desde el codigo y logre ponerlo pero me muestra unicamente el id del tema como se puede poner el nombre.

You do not need to alter the code to add the Help Topic column.

Click the Gear after the name of the Queue.
Click the Columns tab.
Select Help Topic in the drop dopwn in the bottom left.
Click Add.
Save.

ntozier pero ese es en el caso del agente donde se puede agregar como muestra distribuido la cola, necesito agregar en el portal que ve el usuario.

Then you have an issue. The system does not display that information to Users and actually obfuscates it on purpose.

You are likely getting the department ID and would then have to look up the name in the ost_department table with something like:
