I searched the forum and can´t find anything like this already requested and/or answered:
is there any plugin to implement user feedback like upvoty, productboard, uservoice, canny ... ?

main features would be:

  • feedback / feature requests incl. upvoting functionality
  • roadmap view with status of requests

As tickets could be also bug reports but feature requests, this could be usefull for enhanced user/customer satisfaction :-)

There is no baked in customer satisfaction / survey capability at this time.
Although can can pretty easily use a 3rd party survey provider and a canned response when you close a ticket.
We used to do it with Survey Monkey (sounds like we are going to be re-implementing this where I work again).
