We have the cloud based edition, just downloaded. I have been able to add columns to the open ticket list for more relevant data for our business. However when we export the open ticket data these new columns do not appear in the exported file. I can see the list of columns available for export however it will not allow me to add our new columns we created. Is there a work around for this or is it a limitation with the edition we have? i dont know what version we have. Thanks.

    Is the field you want to export oin the Ticket Details form?

    Like these are three of my custom fields on the ticket details form and they export just fine.
