Howdy all,

My instance of OSTicket currently runs on v1.9.14 (8b927a0) feel free to check out the configurations pictured below.

The upgrade process was relatively straightforward. After completing an in-place upgrade from Debian 9 to 10 we opted for the latest version of OSTicket because why not, but for some reason after copying the files from the upgrade folder to the target directory (var/www/html/include), ensuring the hierarchy was correct for all files, and running the trusty sudo restart apache2, the upgrade tab did not appear as it should. If I load the upgrade.php page anyway, there is, unsurprisingly, no option to upgrade either, as it states it is already at v1.9.14.

Even more interesting, I can upgrade from my current version to v1.10 with little fanfare, but even from there, I cannot upgrade to v1.15.2.

Anyone ever happen to run into this or have insights of their own? Truly intrigued as to why this isn't working out smoothly.

    ForCom5 the upgrade tab did not appear as it should.

    There is no and never has been an upgrade tab in osTicket.

    After you upload the files over the old files and you browse to it, it will redirect you to the upgrade page.

    I can tell you that the version of PHP that you are running is not sufficient to run 1.15, which only supports 7.2 - 7.4 at this time.

    @ForCom5

    If you "replaced" the files and it said "already at v1.9.14" then you probably didn't copy the files to the appropriate directory or you copied the wrong files over.

    Cheers.
