Well, I can confirm that deleting the tickets fixed the response and service times. The other thing that I thought of is that I use CSP Headers for Apache. I am blocking everything external to the server. Does the dashboard use any kind of external sources to generate or display the graph?
edit -- I can confirm that there was a Directive in the CSP Response Headers that was blocking the graph from showing. If you do employ CSP headers and do NOT have unsafe-eval in the script source, the graphs will not display. I did find that I didnt have to delete the THREAD and THREAD_EVENTS but if I deleted the Tickets that fixed the times. I found that out after I deleted the THREAD and THREAD_EVENTS.
