Hi, How I could modify it and where so I can get both surnames. Our users have First Name, Middle Name, and 2 Surnames. If I set up the user with both surnames one is taking it as a middle name.
For Agents go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Agents see Name Formatting:
For Users go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Users see Name Formatting:
Change them to "-- As Entered --"
