Select which email gets errors and alerts

Hi. Where do I select which email receives the logs?
My email server runs a backup every day at 10pm, and OSTicket fails to fetch emails for about 15 minutes every day. So, my team is constantly being flooded, every day, with emails about "Mail Fetch Failure Alert"
How can i select which email gets the error messages?

Logs are not emailed? They are stored in one or more of the following:

Admin panel -> Dashboard -> System Logs
your php error logs
your webserver access and/or error logs

Alerts are another matter. They are sent to the admin email address you selected in Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings under Admin's Email Address
