I am configuring the Email settings and keep getting errors.
The mailbox seems to be reachable and the problem refers only to accessing the folder.

What should I enter in "Mail Folder"?
If I put INBOX, the error "Invalid or unknown archive folder!" Appears next to "Fetching Email via IMAP or POP". and in the field "Fetched Emails" (with value "Do nothing") the error appears: "Invalid or unknown mail folder! >> Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.) (0.001 + 0.000 secs). "

Even if I set the name of a folder in "Move to folder", the same error appears.

You must have INBOX at your server as a folder. Check that you have that folder on the server. Otherwise you need to add the correct folder for the INBOX folder. Also try POP with no folder in the box (as POP doesn't support folders)

I have Postfix (installed by Plesk).
In the folder where the mailboxes should be defined I don't see any Inbox folders.
But if I don't indicate it in osTicket, then there aren't any errors.

Instead the other folders, including the one where to move the received emails, are identified with a dot in front of the name; for example .Fetched.
However, both indicating Fetched and indicating .Fetched, osTicket returns a Non-Existent Folder error

postfix is a MTA (Mail Transfer Agent). MTA's are used for sending emails from point A to point B, etc.
ie. SMTP. This is all about transit of email from originating system to destination system (that should be authoritative for the address being sent to).

Postfix is not a POP or IMAP server from which you retrieve emails.
