HI @ntozier in osticket there is option of Force HTTPS: so some one from my team enable that option so ticket stop generating from that point . and we have added osticket to our live project . so just wanted to know can i know from somewhere from which ip this changes got done. or is there any logs in osticket so i can find about who made this changes

You would have to have the Audit Plugin installed to be able to track changes like these
note: I'm not 100% sure that it tracks that level of detail, as I haven't really played with it since it came out. But it does add a lot of audit tracking.
