I am a bit newer to this ticket system and taking over running it from the last Tech. Is there an easy way to email a ticket to someone in my company, the reason being we have one person who refuses to use the ticket system? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Fire them. Seriously.
Alternatively:
- You can print the ticket (which exports it to PDF) and then email them the file.
- You can add them to any ticket as a collaborator. Then you can resend the entire ticket and or make a canned response with the ticket variables in it.
