I hope someone can help clear up a question about the allocation of Tickets, my question is.

As an operator in my "Joao" account, can I assign a Ticket to the agent Joao? Since the sending of the mail comes to me from the Ticket creation but not the assignment. If you could remove the doubt, I would be grateful.

    As an Agent (Joao) you can create a ticket for your User account Joao.
    You can additionally assign the ticket to your own agent (Joao) account if you want to.

      I doubt it, since you would be alerting yourself.
