Hi Guys 🙂 Good day, I need help to fix this issue, we are already UP the ticketing system on the ubuntu server but I notice some error on the ticketing. for example: When I adjust the Due Date Ticket the date was correct but the time is not correct, I noticed that its automatically add 8hrs. Here some proof for refenrences

Hi Sir ntozier I notice again regarding on the adjustment due date, when I click edit on the top right and adjust the time of the ticket the result was correct.

The time on the due date result was correct.

Please upgrade to 1.15.1 (current) to see if this fixes your issue. If it does not I will ask a dev to take a look at this thread.

I just want to inform to you that I upgrade our ticketing system (Osticket) from v 1.15.0 to v 1.15.1 but still have an error 🙁

I've also got this problem. MY setup: server/mysql/php/OsTicket System settings ALL set to UTC. Only on the agent panel, they set their timezone according to their profile. However, when the update the DUE Date, the date is automatically added 10 hours ahead. Really need this to be resolved. !!
