Hey all OSTicket geniuses,

I am trying to see if it is possible for me to do something when creating a customer queue.

I have two custom fields, and i would like for tickets to appear if either one of the criteria is met.

So for the first field is a date field and the criteria i am using is that the date is in the past.
For the second field this is just a long answer field and the criteria i am using is that is has a value.

What i want to do is have the queue include tickets where either the 1st field's date is in the past, or the 2nd field as no value or both of these is true. Currently the behavior is that both has to be true for the ticket to appear in the queue.

You would have to create a custom queue and give it a try. This isn't something that I personally have tried.

You can create custom Queues at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Queues
