Some users are getting error message "Unable to create a ticket, Please correct errors below and try again! " when trying to create a ticket. All required fields are filled. It is possible to create a ticket with the same information but with different user. The users that are getting the error are not new and already created tickets in the past. Nothing changed in those users' configuration. Nothing changed in the global configuration. Already searched for error messages in apache logs and didn't find any.
Any ideas?
Specs: osTicket (v1.9.12) running on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-170-generic x86_64) / MySQL 5.5.62

1.9.12 is end of life. I do not think that you will receive any meaningful assistance with this issue because of that.

To troubleshoot this I would: try a different web browser with the user that has the issue.
If it works then it is either the other browser or its cache having the problem.

If it does not work then there is something about that account that is different from an account that works, and then you can go into the interface and compare one user to another until you spot the difference.
