Migration to a new server

We are planning to migrate our osTicket installation from one server to another.
Does anyone know what procedure I can follow to successfully perform this migration?
My current installation is on Centos 7, the new installation will have the same operating system.

A few side notes
Do not forget to update your DNS to point to the new server.
If you are using POP/IMAP make sure that you create a new scheduled task to run cron.php
