unable to change the status of the ticket

Hi there, I just finished installing a fresh new OS Ticket version 1.15.1 and was testing it out. So I tried to close a ticket via the top bar button, then a pop-up modal showed up saying "Welcome to Support Center". So what did I do wrong in here?
On the Chrome console it just showed "Deprecation" error

no error in php or the nginx itself.

We (osTicket) do not support nginx at this time. You will need to look at github for the various different nginx configuration changes that you will need to make for osTicket to work under nginx.

I've been meaning to write up all the changes into an article to post on my blog, but I do not run nginx and haven't had a chance to setup a VM to install it on. Any chance you want to post what changes you had to make to get it working so I can write up an article for people who want to use nginx?
