Is it possible to disable the profile feature for the end users? we have all our users sync'd through LDAP and would prefer that they do not have access to edit their profile which also has the password reset feature. We still want the profile feature for the Agents mainly for the Vacation Mode.

There is no way to do that in the UI, you would have to edit the core files to acheive this.

As a side note though, they cannot change their AD password from osTicket. Changing their password in osTicket would only result in their password for their local (osTicket) account to be changed. This probably wouldn't matter though. Since you have LDAP enabled it would authenticate against LDAP.
