Due date and custom form broken since update 1.12 to 1.15

Hi.

Since I've updated from 1.12 to 1.15, the DUE DATE field is broken and indicate a time of "8:i" instead of "8:21". I've included two capture that shows what is happening:

Also, some phrase are not completed in my custom form. In the capture bellow, you should read:
"N'entrez pas le NIP !" not just "N'entrez"
and "Décrivez les dommages visibles ici..." not just "Décrivez"

Language packs have not been updated and released for 1.15 as of yet.
What are your settings at: Admin panel -> Settings -> System
Under Date and Time Options

CGL_Micro

America / New_York
Locale defaults, 24-hour time (tried locale default also)
Default schedule: 24/7 (tried NONE)

CGL_Micro try using English as your default language.
Is then the time error fixed?
Try re-uploading your language in the language folder.
