Display tickets created by agent in osticket

Hello everyone,

I need a simple feature - I'd like to create a view (a queue?) where a user would see all e-mails that he/she sent. And by sent i mean CREATED in osticket and sent to end users.

I use osticket for converting incoming e-mails into tickets (not using user panel at all) and this feature is needed.

Oh, come on - I can't believe that since 2006 nobody asked for such a feature 🙂

Agents who have tickets associate with their User account can simply log into the user account (the non-SCP) to see their tickets.

the admin panel for staff is: domain/scp/index.php
the user panel/customer panel is: /domain/

Now, in order to log in to the customer panel i have to know the ticket number which i obviously don't know because i want to see the list of tickets created by me (agent) on behalf of all customers.

Maybe I'm missing out something here, but i don't see a user-account that i can log in to to see all tickets.

User account shave access to the tickets that are created in their name.
So log in as a user.
Tickets are open or closed.
There is no option to view all tickets.
