- the admin panel for staff is: domain/scp/index.php
- the user panel/customer panel is: /domain/
Now, in order to log in to the customer panel i have to know the ticket number which i obviously don't know because i want to see the list of tickets created by me (agent) on behalf of all customers.
Maybe I'm missing out something here, but i don't see a user-account that i can log in to to see all tickets.
