I am trying to take my 1.9.12 system and move it to a new server. I have the new server set up and it is ready at the latest 1.14.3 version. I import the database and go to the admin screen (scp) click to begin upgrade. It states a fatal error and quits, Upgrade Aborted. check system logs. There is nothing in the System Logs. i am at a loss of what to do next.
