I am using a cloud- hosted OSticket support system. I encountered a problem: the responses for the ticket go to Spam folder in Gmail. How can I fix it, so that the reponses are not marked as spam?

osTicket has no control over how remote servers see or categorize emails. This is not something that you would really fix in osTicket. You would need to investigate why gmail thinks the message is spam and then take steps to mitigate that.
