Hello, yesterday i updated my osticket from 1.11 to the lastest 1.12.6 then I impletmented https, everything is working fine, execpt that I lost the french language. In the settings it is selected but all the interface stays in english.

Any tips on how to fix that ?

    Latest is not 1.12.x, it is 1.14.3.

    When you upgraded did you also upgrade the language pack?

    Yes I did upload the new fr.phar that came with the package download.

    Maybe the system is confused because you have the Primary and Secondary Languages both set to the same language.

    I tried switching to the other language as a secondary, also tried to switch as english as primary but nothing changes. Also I can confirm that after the update is was in French.

    It did go back to english only after the https was enable, the http now auto redirect to https.

    Each Agent has a Language setting in their profile. Go to Profile and see if your language is set to English. If so, change it to French and save changes.
