I want to customize the staff sites, mainly the ticket table and completely change the task site.
Does anyone know which files I need for changing those sites? Since you cant customize them completely with the admin options.
I use an selfhosted osticket plus version 14.2p3 with an german language pack

I hate to break it to you but I don't think you're using the offical osTicket codebase as we do not have a version labeled 14.2p3.

Again, you are not using the Official osTicket codebase. You are using a 3rd party package called osTicket PLUS - Deutsche Version. This was not developed by the core osTicket team nor is it maintained by us. You will need to contact the vendor of the 3rd party package for further assistance.
