When exporting the date after creating custom search queue, it only has option to export pre-existing 21 columns. Is there a way to have custom column be exported as well when those custom column are part of custom search queue?

This is not something that I do often. But when I click export my custom ticket fields are on the list and selected. (These are for the record: Location, Program, and Room Number).

You can only export fields on the Ticket Details Form. If the field is on a Custom Form you will not be able to export.

@KevinTheJedi , that what I was leaning my conclusion towards, but is there any work around. The need is to have some custom dashboard based on the date that we are capturing on a particular Help Topic for a particular Department and Team. Is there any workaround or a way to do so?
There is no workaround. You can customize the code to hardcore the field in the exports.

Not really, with customizations you’re basically on your own. Maybe someone who has accomplished this before will eventually chime in and assist.
