so I setting up a workflow using osTicket (1.14.2 Awesome theme) for software approval in my firm, in concept there is two teams, one screens the request and the second team approves it. I am an agent in the first team in this workflow but I am also a user that issues tickets, every time I issue a ticket the system resets my access and removes me from all teams, is this by design or a bug? and how to solve this issue?
